LEATHER LEGGINGS

Leather is so popular, and leggings are just so comfortable and easy to wear. So blend both these into one versatile item of clothing and you have to be on a winner! The leather-look leggings in this video take the humble leggings to the next level. I love items like this that you can mix and match and dress up or just keep casual.

Video Transcript: Leather Leggings |SFH Designs | Ma Belle Allure

Hi I’m Simone Parker from Ma Belle Allure. My passion for styling women in the latest trends but styling these trends for your body continues with Leather. Leather is still featuring on catwalks. It can be seen in jackets, skirts, pants, dresses and tops. For this look I have chosen a comfortable and affordable leather-look slim leg pant from SFH Designs in Brisbane. These stunning leather pants can look fabulous on different body shapes. I had a bit of fun with this feminine take on the ‘biker look’. I styled Gabby in a black t-shirt with an asymmetric neckline to create an unbroken silhouette which helps disguise a large bust. Add this fabulous appliqued denim jacket to give you some width across the shoulders, balancing your upper body proportions. Roll the cuff of the jacket so it finishes at the same level as your slim waist. To soften the look, add some great metallic earrings and a heel. I chose a studded sandal for this look but a boot would also work.

The same black leather-look pants have been styled this time with a sheer black blouse. The softness of this blouse contrasts beautifully with the leather pants and flatters the figure of an inverted triangle. Wear your hair up to show off the high collar and tie front of this blouse. You can wear this blouse with a sexy lace bralette or a lace trimmed camisole if you don’t want to show so much skin. The shear fabric of this blouse from SFH Designs in Brisbane allows your great figure to be seen. Finally add metallic earrings and metal trimmed cowboy boots and you have created a modern yet feminine look.

I hope I have given you some tips today on how to style leather for your body shape and you are inspired to create your own beautiful look. For more inspiration go to our website, subscribe to our YouTube channel, follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
